How Much Advance Payments Are required

The required advance payment depends on your total order value. Generally, for bulk wholesale orders, we ask for a 30% deposit to initiate production, with the remaining balance paid before shipment. For smaller sample orders or custom designs, terms may vary. We always aim for a secure, transparent process tailored to your specific project needs.

Can I inspect the order before you ship it?

Absolutely. Transparency is key to Secured Trading. You are welcome to hire a third-party inspection agent, or we can arrange a live video call inspection of your finished products. You only release the final balance payment once you are completely satisfied with the quality and specifications of the stone.

What if my products arrive damaged?

We use heavy-duty, export-grade wooden crate packaging to prevent breakage. However, for your peace of mind, all Secured Trading shipments are fully insured. If any damage occurs during transit, simply provide us with photos within 24 hours of delivery. We will handle the insurance claim and arrange for a quick replacement or refund.
