Different stages of your order use different identifiers. Choose the number that corresponds to your paperwork.

Factory Production Phase

Order Number

Printed on your Proforma Invoice and initial dispatch schedule (e.g., CMX-2026-XXXX). Use this while your natural stone is being cut and packed in Gujranwala.

Full Container Load (FCL)

Container Number

Strict ISO 6346 standard format: 4 capital letters + 7 numbers (e.g., MSCU7482910 or MAEU1029384). Found on your Bill of Lading, container seal notice, and packing list.

Ocean Maritime Shipping

Bill of Lading (B/L)

The master maritime title document issued by the shipping line upon departure from Karachi (e.g., MEDUK1928301). Shown at the top right of your draft or original B/L.

Sample Boxes & Air Express

Air Waybill (AWB)

Used for 4x4-inch sample box briefcases dispatched via DHL Express, FedEx Priority, or UPS (e.g., DHL 10-digit number). Sent via automated email upon courier intake.

1. Order Confirmed
Commercial contract signed, Proforma Invoice issued, and production deposit verified. No action needed from buyer.
2. In Production
Raw stone blocks are being wire-sawn, gang-cut, and calibrated to your specified slab or tile dimensions. No action needed.
3. Quality Check
Dry-lay surface inspection, thickness tolerance check (±1mm), and veining consistency photo logs sent for sign-off. Review inspection photos if required.
4. Packing
Stone items secured inside fumigated ISPM-15 wooden A-frames with foam interlayers and corner protectors. No action needed.
5. Loaded in Container
Crates stowed into 20ft ocean container at our Gujranwala yard, ratcheted with steel cables, and sealed with high-security bolt seal. Verify seal number on packing list.
6. Departed Karachi
Container cleared Pakistan customs gate and loaded aboard mother vessel at Port Qasim or KPT. Original or Telex release Bill of Lading generated.
7. In Transit
Vessel is actively navigating international waters towards your destination discharge seaport. Coordinate with your customs broker for import entry.
8. Arrived at Destination Port
Container discharged to container yard at arrival terminal. File customs declaration and pay local port dues to avoid demurrage.
9. Delivered
Container unsealed and offloaded at your warehouse or final project jobsite. Inspect crates and sign delivery receipt.
Delayed
Weather rerouting, canal congestion, or transshipment port roll over has adjusted estimated port arrival. Our export logistics team updates the ETA automatically.

How do I track my container shipment?
Enter your 11-character ISO container number (e.g. MSCU7482910) or your CRAFTIMUS order number in the field above. You can also track directly through your ocean carrier's website using the container number or master Bill of Lading provided in your shipping advice email.
When does tracking start working after loading?
Factory dispatch status updates within 2 hours of container sealing in Gujranwala. Ocean carrier telemetry begins functioning once the container is gated into Port Qasim or KPT terminal and loaded onto the vessel manifest, usually 24 to 48 hours before vessel sail date.
Why does my container show no movement for several days?
During deep ocean transit (such as crossing the Arabian Sea or Atlantic Ocean), container vessels transmit updates primarily via coastal AIS and periodic satellite relays. A container showing the same status for several days indicates the vessel is sailing continuously between scheduled waypoints.
What is a Bill of Lading (B/L) and when is it issued?
