Official Marble Exporter Payment Terms & Corporate Banking Channels

We strictly operate through verifiable corporate bank accounts registered under the legal entity of CRAFTIMUS Onyx Marble Industries. We do not use personal accounts, third-party money transfer agents, or “Hawala” channels. All payments for your marble products must be routed directly to our official company account in Pakistan. This ensures that every transaction is logged, audited, and recognized by Pakistan Customs and the State Bank of Pakistan. This “White Channel” banking is your guarantee that you are dealing with a legitimate, tax-paying manufacturer, providing you with 100% legal proof of purchase for your import filings and customs clearance in the USA, UK, or Europe.

Letter of Credit (L/C) at Sight

For large-scale wholesale orders and bulk Onyx block procurement, we highly recommend and accept an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at Sight. This is the safest method for high-value transactions. It protects you (the buyer) because your bank only releases the funds after we (the supplier) have successfully shipped the goods and presented compliant shipping documents—such as the Bill of Lading and Packing List—to the bank. By using L/C, you eliminate the risk of non-shipment, while we are guaranteed payment upon successful export. This mutual protection makes L/C the preferred choice for new clients placing full-container loads of export quality marble.

Standard T/T Terms (Telegraphic Transfer)

For most standard orders of Travertine pavers and Onyx handicrafts, our industry-standard payment term is via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). We typically require a 30% Advance Deposit to initiate production and reserve your raw material blocks from the quarry. The remaining 70% Balance is payable upon completion of production, but before the container is sealed and shipped (or against a scan of the Bill of Lading, depending on our agreement). This split structure allows us to fund the manufacturing costs—such as cutting, polishing, and resin treatment—while ensuring you do not pay the full amount until your goods are ready for dispatch. Our aim is to provide Secure payment options for marble import

Documents Against Payment (D/P)

For our established partners and repeat buyers who have a proven payment history with us, we offer Documents Against Payment (D/P) terms. In this arrangement, we ship your custom marble samples with best and flexible marble exporter payment terms for full containers and send the shipping documents to your bank. You simply pay your local bank to release the documents, which then allows you to claim the cargo. This method improves your cash flow, as payment is made closer to the arrival of the goods. We generally reserve D/P terms for clients who have successfully completed at least three shipments of Onyx marble travertine with us, building a relationship based on reliability and financial integrity.

Currency Flexibility (USD, EUR, GBP)

We understand that exchange rates fluctuate. To make trading easier for our global clients, we provide secure payment terms our corporate banking infrastructure is set up to receive payments in multiple major currencies. While the US Dollar (USD) is the standard trading currency for Pakistani marble exports, we also accept payments in Euro (EUR) for our European clients and Great British Pound (GBP) for our partners in the UK. This flexibility allows you to avoid double-conversion fees and pay in the currency that makes the most sense for your business. We will lock in the exchange rate at the time of the Proforma Invoice to ensure the price of your marble stone products remains stable.

The Proforma Invoice (PI) Contract)

No money should ever change hands without a clear contract. Before you send any deposit, we issue a detailed Marble exporter payment terms along with Proforma Invoice (PI). This document acts as a binding agreement. It lists every detail of your order: the specific stone type (e.g., Light Green Onyx), the exact dimensions, the quantity, the polish quality, the packing style, and the finalized Incoterms (FOB Karachi or CIF). The PI also clearly states our bank details. You should verify that the bank details on the PI match the details on our website or verified email. This document serves as your official request for payment and is required by your bank to process the wire transfer for imported stone materials.
