Every block, slab, sink, and custom product is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our client’s specifications.

Because natural stone is unique and customized for each order, our return and refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and claims only under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged during shipping.
  • The product delivered is significantly different from the agreed specifications (size, finish, or material).
  • The wrong item was shipped in error.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the natural variations of stone and the custom nature of orders, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Natural variations in color, veining, or texture of stone.
  • Custom-cut, made-to-order, or specially finished products.
  • Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling, improper installation, or lack of care.

Reporting a Claim

  • All claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers must provide photographs/videos clearly showing the damage or discrepancy.

🔄 Replacement & Refund Process

  • If a claim is approved, we will offer:
    • Replacement of the damaged/incorrect product, or
    • Partial/Full Refund (depending on the case).

  • Natural stone is a product of nature. Variations in color, veining, and texture are normal and enhance its uniqueness. These variations do not qualify as defects.
