1. Seaworthy Packing Standards (ISPM-15)

We strictly adhere to international shipping regulations. All wooden crates and pallets are fumigated and stamped with ISPM-15 certification to meet US Customs and European Union standards.

  • Tiles: Packed in styrofoam boxes inside strong wooden crates to prevent scratching.

  • Slabs: Bundled vertically in heavy-duty wooden frames with plastic sheets between polished faces.

  • Protection: We use thermocol sheets and polyethylene lining to protect against moisture and humidity during sea transit.

A moving container is dangerous for heavy stone. We prevent shifting inside the container using a “Fill or Secure” methodology.

  • Weight Distribution: We balance the load evenly over the container floor to prevent chassis damage.

  • Lashing & Dunnage: Heavy blocks and slab bundles are lashed with wire ropes and blocked with timber battens.

  • Air Bags: We fill empty voids with industrial air bags or timber chocks so your cargo cannot move, even in rough seas.

  • 20ft Heavy Tested Container: The standard for stone. Holds up to 27-28 Tons (gross weight).

    • 2cm Slabs: Approx. 435–450 sqm.

    • 3cm Slabs: Approx. 285–300 sqm.

  • 40ft Container: Generally not used for heavy stone slabs due to weight limits, but excellent for lighter handicrafts or high-volume, low-weight processed goods.

  • Bill of Lading (BL): Released promptly after vessel sailing.

  • Fumigation Certificate: Proof of ISPM-15 compliance for your local agriculture authorities.

5. Global Logistics & Transit Times

We ship directly from Karachi Port (KGM) to major global destinations. Our logistics team negotiates competitive freight rates with top-tier carriers like Maersk, MSC, and Hapag-Lloyd.

  • USA (East Coast): Approx. 28–35 days transit.

  • UK & Europe: Approx. 22–28 days transit.

  • Gulf/Middle East: Approx. 4–7 days transit.

  • Incoterms: We support FOB (Free on Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) to your designated port.

6. Marine Insurance Coverage

For total peace of mind, we highly recommend shipping on CIF terms, which includes comprehensive Marine Insurance.

  • Coverage: We secure “Institute Cargo Clauses (A)”—the highest standard of “All Risks” protection.

  • Claim Support: In the unlikely event of damage during the ocean voyage or rough handling at the port, your investment is financially protected.

  • Transparency: The insurance policy certificate is included with your original shipping documents.

7. Private Labeling & Crate Marking

8. Proof of Loading (The “Digital Seal”)

We believe in 100% visibility. You shouldn’t have to guess what was loaded into your container. Before the doors are closed, we send you a Digital Loading Report containing:

  • Photo Evidence: High-res photos of the empty container, the loading process, and the final fully loaded state.
